First time trying Japanese pancakes, I really liked the place & the aesthetic, and the servers were really sweet. Honestly, I love spots that are owned by recent immigrants, the experience is always authentic and it oddly makes me feel at home lol, but thats just me. Cozy vibes.
A couple of warnings though: this is a soufflΓ© pancake so if you’re one of those people that hate that undercooked taste I don’t know how much you would enjoy it. I personally really liked it, but I understand how someone could get turned off after a couple of bites. It’s really good to try regardless.
Also, make sure you go at a time where you think it won’t be busy- there is not a lot of seating available & we got lucky to catch someone leaving, otherwise we would’ve had to take it to-go.
This is one of those things I know I will crave randomly one morning so I know I’ll definitely come back ππΎ
